Please enter your Main Line Health Network (Windows Active Directory) username and password. During the authentication process the system will either callback your (previously configured) phone number or send an authentication request to the Azure Authenticator app on your phone to complete the two factor authentication.
To configure your callback number or activate your phone for the Azure Authenticator App, click on the Multi-Factor Authentication self help web site link below.
